Applicants must bring the following on the day of the examination:

• 🔴 Two (2) sharpened pencils

• 🔴 Proof of Registration

  • The proof of registration must clearly indicate:

    • Examination Date: January 22, 2026

    • Testing Location: TUP Visayas Gymnasium

Important Reminders

Please strictly observe the following guidelines:

• 🔴 Memorize your contact number, email address, and applicant ID number.

• 🔴 Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled examination time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

• 🔴 Wearing of watches is not allowed during the examination.

• 🔴 All cellphones and electronic devices must be turned off upon entering the examination venue.

• 🔴 Parents, guardians, and companions are NOT allowed inside the examination area.

• 🔴 Proper attire is required.

  • Slippers and shorts are strictly prohibited.

  • Applicants must comply with the school dress code policy.

No Admission Fee

In support of the Universal Access to Education, NO ADMISSION FEE will be collected from applicants.

We encourage all examinees to come prepared and follow all instructions accordingly.
